Our policy is valid for 30 days. You have received this item for more than 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several items have not been returned. Perishable items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products.

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

If the item is marked as a gift after it is purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. After receiving the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sends the order to yourself and then sends it to you, we will return the gift to the gift giver, who will know your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your shipping cost exceeds $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive returned items.
